The Villa
Villa Renoir offers air conditioned bedrooms and studio. It has been beautifully modernised in a stylish contemporary design and occupies a stunning position in the foot hills of the Alps Maritime close to Cannes. A sun trap all day during the summer months, the villa has prominent views towards the mountains.
The Villa overlooks the famous 18 hole Mandelieu Golf course - access to the club is literally 5 minutes away, as are fabulous walks into the foot hills of the lower slopes and up to various lakes and the Var.
Kitchen features include all modern appliances including an American fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, purified drinking water and an ice maker.
A feature log fireplace can create a warm homely atmosphere in the winter months.
WiFi is available through out the property along with SKY television and SKY Sports / films, and a DVD and CD library is available for guests during their stay.
The swimming pool is a large Ozone pool with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Gardens are all self-watering and offer areas for games and relaxation in hammocks under the trees.
The Villa sleeps 10 – 12 guests altogether, containing 5 double bedrooms and a large studio room, ( 6 bedrooms in all). Accommodation comprises 3 x double bedrooms all with king size or super king size beds, air conditioning and superior ensuite bathrooms, 2 x twin bedroom (2 x singles) with ensuite bathrooms, and 1 air-conditioned studio with twin beds and ensuite bathroom.
Villa Renoir is situated approx 15 minutes from Cannes and approx 20 minutes from Nice airport; an executive butler service along with transportation can be arranged on request.
